Atelier Advisors was founded by Lili Balfour, a Silicon Valley native familiar with the entrepreneurs’ conundrum – a growing company hindered by limited resources. After fifteen years in the investment industry, ranging from private equity, technology M&A, and debt financing, with Genesis Merchant Group, SVB Alliant, Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group, and Cain Brothers, she created Atelier Advisors to serve early-stage companies too young to engage standard boutique investment banks.
In her spare time she serves as a pro-bono advisor for Inner City Advisors, Astia and Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable and a guest fitness instructor for The SportsClub LA.
